As Ve-Ge and its associates, our aim is a sustainable and green environment under nationwide, international legislations and regulations for future generations.
It is an utmost priority for us to help provide a clean and healthy environment that is sensitive to climate change for future generations. It is very important for us to prioritize sustainability and climate change in all our activities; from the efficient use of energy and natural resources, to the reduction of negative environmental effects in all processes. From design to production and our products’ lifecycle, preventing all possible pollution is our main environmental priority.
By managing our activities in an integrated manner through our Quality, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, to increase the environmental awareness of our team members and the society, we work with all our heart and our power to become a model organization in the protection of our environment.
We have annual audit by an impartial firm. As a part of ISO 14001, we have environmental analysis and evaluation of environmental risks.
The application of ISO 5001 Energy Management System Standards gives numberless of advantages for the issues which have vital importance for our world; for instance, less greenhouse gas emission, awareness of carbon footprint and awareness more energy and more involvement.
Our products are in the scope of recyclable wastes. We recycle our waste papers that come out with our production process with the licensed firms. In 2020, within this framework, we recycled more than 200 tons of paper.
We transfer our waste water which come out because of paper production to the central waste water treatment facility KOSBI, after preliminary treatment. KOSBI turns back the whole waste water to nature that comes from different firms, after purification.
As Ve-Ge, we believe that we have to protect the trees, for not cutting out the breath of world. For that reasons, we only use industrial forest sources for the products we produce with FSC certificate since March 2013.
